Mfg Tech - Arizona

AZ Manufacturing Tech Manufacturing Technicians set up, run and maintain manufacturing equipment and assembly processes. Ensuring that all equipment is working efficiently, monitoring production processes, and making adjustments or troubleshoot as needed. Essential Job Functions: Spanish speaking required: Bilingual Required Assembles products and parts to meet production targets Follows production guidelines and specifications Operates and maintains machinery and production line equipment Monitors the production line and removes faulty products Participates in ongoing on-the-job training to adhere to company policies Performing assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks Conducting quality checks on the functionality of parts and components Adding finishing touches to the appearance of components Performing minor repairs and reporting breakdowns in a timely manner Keeping equipment maintenance logs Collaborating with other departments to complete production orders on time Complying with internal policies and industry regulations Follow instructions and/or direction given by supervisors to complete assigned work projects Ensure work area is clean and safe This is not a complete list Requirements; additional duties may be assigned as needed. Requirements: Spanish speaking required: Bilingual Required Prior experience within manufacturing environment is preferred Basic math skills, able to read and understand written instructions and compose notes Able to perform basic data entry of production Must be flexible to rotate shifts and work overtime as need to meet production requirements Ability to proactively troubleshoot problems Work as a team within department and with other departments and Leads Required Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted. Physical capability to properly handle tooling and safely set up large pieces; including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning products. Must be able to stand, sit and bend for long periods of time. Work Environment: Manufacturing environment: loud noise levels, high temperatures, dirt and sand. Required PPE: steel-toed shoes, hard hat, safety glasses, dust masks, and/or respirators.
