TasksInside the RoleThe Test Management Engineer supports the application and adoption of the Test Management Framework and associated testing tools across projects. This role contributes to the development and maintenance of training materials and supports teams in understanding and applying test management processes within their day‑to‑day testing activities.The position focuses on execution, support, and learning, working under guidance from experienced Test Management and verification engineers while building practical knowledge of test processes, tooling, and system‑level testing concepts.Posting InformationWe provide a scheduled posting end date to assist our candidates with their application planning. While this date reflects our latest plans, it is subject to change, and postings may be extended or removed earlier than expected.We Take Care of Our TeamPosition offers a starting salary range of $78,000 – $100,000 USDPay Offered Dependent On Knowledge, Skills, And Experience.Benefits include annual bonus program; 401k company contribution with company match up to 6% as well as non-elective company contribution of 3 - 7% depending on age; starting at 4 weeks paid vacation; 13+ calendar holidays; 8 weeks paid parental leave; employee assistance program; comprehensive healthcare plans and wellness programs; onsite fitness (at some locations); tuition assistance and volunteer paid time off; short-term and long-term disability plans.What You Drive At DTNATest Management Support & ExecutionSupport the application of Test Management processes within projectsAssist teams in using test management tools and templates as defined by the frameworkHelp ensure test plans, specifications, and artifacts follow established standardsTraining Material Development & DeliveryContribute to the creation and maintenance of training materials, user guides, and documentationSupport delivery of training sessions, workshops, and walkthroughs for testing teamsAssist in tailoring training content to different testing audiences under guidanceToolchain & Process SupportSupport onboarding of projects to the Test Management toolchainAssist with day‑to‑day questions related to test planning, traceability, and reportingHelp collect feedback from users to identify areas for improvement in training or toolingCollaboration & CommunicationWork with system integration, validation, and test automation teams to understand testing workflowsCommunicate clearly with stakeholders regarding process usage and expectationsSupport documentation of common issues, questions, and best practicesKnowledge You Should BringBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalentInitial experience or academic exposure to software testing or verification conceptsBasic understanding of test planning, test cases, and verification workflowsAbility to learn and apply structured processes and toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to work with cross‑functional engineering teamsExceptional Candidates Would HaveExposure to system, integration, or component testing environmentsFamiliarity with test management or lifecycle tools (e.g., ETM, ELM, or similar)Interest in test automation or structured verification processesWhere We Work This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)-Portland, OR US.
