We have an active affiliate programme, a growing distributor network, an online clinical education platform, and a growing body of clinical research underpinning our market access story.Role SummaryThe Director of Growth – Europe & ROW is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for building and scaling all external revenue channels across Europe and designated international markets. You will open new country markets, manage distributor relationships, and develop clinical network partnerships - often simultaneously. This is a market creation and channel architecture role. You will report directly to the CEO and are expected to set the regional commercial strategy and execute against it with a high degree of autonomy.Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Development Build and scale the full revenue channel mix - direct sales, distributor networks, and affiliate/referral programmes - across multiple territories. Define commission structures, set performance expectations, and ensure all channels are tracked and optimised.Distributor Network Recruit, onboard, and actively manage distributor partners across Europe and international markets. Assess partners by clinical network, commercial capability, and market alignment. Hold distributors accountable to agreed KPIs and provide ongoing commercial support. Familiarity with CE marking, MDR, UKCA, and country-specific registration processes and how these shape route-to-market planning will be important.Conference Strategy Own the European and ROW conference calendar across pain medicine, physiotherapy, anaesthesiology, rehabilitation, and sports medicine. Pre-book strategic meetings ahead of events, coordinate pre-event outreach with the digital team, and report clearly on pipeline and ROI.Strategic Partnerships Identify and develop relationships with hospital networks, pain clinic groups, academic medical centres, and professional associations. These relationships drive direct revenue and create the clinical validation infrastructure that supports broader market penetration.Market Expansion Open and activate new country markets in a structured, prioritised way. Develop territory-specific go-to-market strategies that account for local healthcare dynamics, reimbursement landscapes, and competitive positioning.Pipeline & Reporting Own the commercial pipeline for your region - tracking value, velocity, and conversion by territory - and report directly to the CEO with clear commercial insight.KPIsDirect, distributor, and affiliate channel revenue by market and in aggregateNumber of distributors recruited and new country markets activatedStrategic and clinical partnerships securedPre-event meetings booked and opportunities generated from conferencesPipeline value created and conversion rate by territoryCandidate Profile7–15+ years in medtech, medical devices, or B2B healthcare commercial rolesProven track record of building distributor networks and entering new international markets across multiple European countries and/or international regionsStrong familiarity with European medical device regulations (MDR, CE marking, UKCA) and how these affect market access strategyExperience managing multi-territory commercial operations across diverse regulatory environmentsBackground in pain management, neurology, physiotherapy, chiropractic, or rehabilitation technology preferredFluent in English; additional European languages a strong advantageComfortable with significant travel across a geographically dispersed territoryStrong commercial and strategic thinking with the ability to execute hands-on in a lean, entrepreneurial businessCulturally adept at building relationships across diverse international marketsInterested?
