Role Description We are seeking an experienced District Manager to join the Beef-a-Roo team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manhattan, KS. The District Manager will oversee multiple restaurant locations, ensuring they meet performance and profitability goals. Key responsibilities include managing operations, leading and supporting restaurant managers, ensuring exceptional customer service, implementing company policies, overseeing training initiatives, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational standards. Qualifications Proven leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide teams at multiple locationsStrong operational management experience, including overseeing daily operations, handling budgets, and analyzing financial performance metricsExcellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively address challenges and collaborate with team membersKnowledge of health and safety regulations within the restaurant industryExperience in hiring, training, and developing staff to meet organizational goalsCustomer service and relationship-building skills to enhance guest satisfactionFlexibility to travel between locations and work varying hours as neededBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred but not requiredPrior experience as a District Manager or in a similar multisite leadership role within the restaurant, food service, or retail industry is a plus
