This role is centered on precision potting processes and requires hands-on experience working with epoxy, strict adherence to process controls, and exceptional attention to detail. Work must be performed in a controlled hood environment to prevent debris contamination and ensure consistent product quality and reliability. This is a hands-on technical role that supports production throughput and product quality by executing standard work, identifying risks, and maintaining process discipline. The Operations Technician II is expected to collaborate with cross functional teams, escalate issues when needed, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on yield and efficiency. Success in this role requires strong focus, consistency, and ownership of the potting process, along with effective communication and a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility and the ability to support shifting priorities across product lines are also essential.Primary Responsibilities:Perform assembly and precision potting of ECO V1, ECO V2, and related sub-assemblies using epoxy, ensuring proper mixing, application, and curing techniques.Execute all potting activities within a controlled hood environment, maintaining strict cleanliness standards to prevent debris contamination and ensure high product quality.Inspect components and assemblies before and after potting to verify adherence to quality standards and identify defects or risks.Follow technical documentation and standard work instructions, while accurately documenting production activities, material usage, and any quality concerns.Identify and escalate contamination risks, material shortages, and process issues, while supporting team collaboration and continuous improvement efforts to enhance yield and efficiency.Required Qualifications:Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.Three to five years of related experience with strong emphasis on epoxy potting and precision assembly.Strong attention to detail, reliability, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow standard work and support process improvements.Language Skills:Ability to read and interpret technical procedures in EnglishAbility to document work clearly and communicate issues effectivelyMathematical Skills:Basic measurement and material handling calculations
