Job TitleSolutions Management LeadJob DescriptionThe Solutions Management Lead will be responsible for a team of Solutions Engineers focused on hardware and integrated solutions within the Axis portfolio. This person in this job will play a critical role in driving the strategic development and successful market adoption of our hardware product portfolio. You will lead and be a part of a team that combines deep technical expertise with strong market insight, working closely with R&D, Global Headquarters, and regional stakeholders to shape product direction and solutions architecture.This People Leadership Role is based out of our regional headquarters in Chelmsford, MA and requires you to be Onsite. What You’ll Do Here…Lead team of Solutions Engineers and guide strategy for hardware & solutions portfolio, competitive positioning, and market researchConduct leadership responsibilities including strategic objective setting, mentoring and performance managementAssist with training and onboarding of new team members on hardware technologies and solutionsAnalyze hardware portfolio sales performance, feature releases, and competitive landscape to inform regional strategyCollect and synthesize regional market feedback, trends, use cases, and customer needs to inform global product roadmap prioritiesAct as strategic liaison between regional teams and PdM/R&D teams, ensuring two-way feedback loopCoordinate with Product Management and R&D around development, launch, and lifecycle initiativesServe as media spokesperson and subject matter expert for hardware & solutions announcements and eventsFacilitate knowledge transfer across Americas regarding new products, technologies, and market trendsSupport pre-sales, professional services, and pilot/proof of concept activities across assigned portfolioWork collaboratively with other BDSS teams to identify synergies and shared opportunitiesWhat You’ll Need …Ability to balance technical aptitude with business acumen and strategic leadershipCreativity, curiosity, and passion for technologyAnalytical and critical thought processCapacity to work with all levels of managementDetailed and creative problem solvingWell-developed interpersonal and presentation skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsDrive, determination, and self-disciplined approach to achieving resultsHigh level of emotional intelligenceDemonstrated ability to mentor and develop strategic-technical teamsWhat We Are Looking For …Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, operations management, or related field5+ years' industry experience in customer-facing technical roles (engineering, solutions architecture, project management, integration)3+ years' experience in hardware product management, solutions engineering, or technical leadership within Physical Security or IT infrastructure2+ years' direct people leadership or team management experience - requiredDeep familiarity with IP networking infrastructure, video transport protocols, and surveillance/security systemsPhysical demands:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Employee is occasionally required to lift 20-40 lbs.Expected travel up to 50% including international travelPay range:The approximate pay range for this location and position is $140-155K OTE. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
