This role is ideal for individuals with a strong manufacturing background who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Schedule & Pay:* Rotating Shift: 3 days on / 3 days off* Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM for 6 weeks - $23.31/hour* Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM for 6 weeks - $25.81/hour* Must be available to work holidays that fall within your rotation (paid at overtime rate).Responsibilities:* Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation.* Perform setup, adjustments, and quality checks using calipers and micrometers.* Conduct repetitive motions throughout the shift, including standing, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.* Maintain product quality in accordance with company and customer standards.* Work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals.* Communicate clearly and follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.Requirements:* Minimum 2+ years of manufacturing experience (Injection Molding experience a plus).* Demonstrated longevity in previous positions and excellent references.* No history of attendance issues in prior roles.* Must be able to work the rotating shift schedule with no accommodations.* Previous experience with rotating shifts is a plus but not required.* Proficient with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.* Must pass a criminal background check and provide a clear DMV report.If you are dependable, safety-conscious, and take pride in producing quality work, this is an excellent opportunity to join a respected manufacturing team in Knoxville.#KnoxvilleBranchCAKnoxville TN 3120
