Information Technology Support Technician
An ongoing client of ours at Talent is hiring an IT Support Technician to be the frontline technical resource for their fast-growing San Jose office.You'll support employees' day-to-day computing needs — from hardware and helpdesk to onboarding and M365 administration — helping the team stay productive and connected.This is an initial 6-month contract with the possibility to extend to full time. Please keep this in mind when applying.Location: 5x/week onsite — San Jose, CACompensation: $30–35/hrWhat you'll do:Provide hands-on hardware support — laptops, peripherals, and end-user devicesManage employee onboarding and offboarding, including device deployment and account provisioningMonitor and triage helpdesk tickets; serve as first point of contact for walk-up supportAdminister Microsoft 365 — Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, and related servicesTrack and maintain hardware inventory through its full lifecycleWhat our client is looking for:1-2 years in IT support, desktop support, or helpdeskStrong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365Familiarity with Intune, Autopilot, and the full Microsoft Admin SuiteExcellent communication and customer service skillsCompTIA A+ or Microsoft MS-102 certification a plusOur client is looking to hire ASAP.
