Life, AD&D and LTD insurancePaid Vacation and HolidaysCompany-Matched 401(k) and IRA Retirement Savings Key Responsibilities May Include a Variety of:Install, troubleshoot, and maintain structured cabling systems (Cat5/Cat6, fiber, coax)Perform conduit installation, cable dressing, and termination inside IDF/MDF cabinetsInstall and configure CCTV, paging systems, AV equipment, and network devicesLead small teams on multi-week projects and ensure timely, safe, and budget-conscious deliveryRead and interpret blueprints and site mapsOperate BOOM and/or scissor lifts; work at heights up to 40+ feetConduct system testing and ensure compliance with safety and industry standardsMaintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with clients and team membersQualifications:2-5 years of experience in low-voltage cabling, industrial installation, or AV systemsStrong knowledge of cabling infrastructure, fiber termination, and AV integrationProficiency in Crestron, AMX, DSP programming, and audio calibration is a plusIndustry certifications (BICSI, OSHA, MSHA, AVIXA CTS, Panduit, Belden, Corning) are highly desirableValid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUI/DWI in the last 3 years)Reliable transportationMust have basic telecom tools, PPEComfortable working independently and leading small teamsWillingness to travel extensively (4-6 weeks at a time) and work flexible shifts including nights and weekendsWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
