In this role, you will take ownership of several key strategic accounts and serve as their primary advocate within the organization. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional customer service, strengthen long-term partnerships, and identify opportunities for continued account growth.You will work closely with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to support new product introductions, design transfers, and the successful execution of customer programs.Role ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Act as the customer’s internal champion, ensuring their priorities and expectations are clearly represented across the organizationBuild and maintain strong client relationships through proactive and consistent communicationGather and analyze customer information to identify opportunities for account expansionEngage regularly with clients to uncover new business opportunities and support revenue growthPrepare and deliver quotations for both new and existing productsDevelop schedules and timelines to support ongoing customer initiativesProvide hands-on support throughout the lifecycle of customer programs to ensure retention and satisfactionRespond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experienceReport on account performance, risks, and opportunities to internal leadershipRecommend products and service solutions that enhance customer value and satisfactionPartner with Business Development teams to help secure additional opportunities and expand accountsCollaborate with Program Managers to support new product development and transfer activitiesMentor junior or associate account team membersMaintain strong customer satisfaction while supporting profitability and margin improvementSkills & QualificationsTo be successful, you will have:Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate both technical and business conceptsProven leadership capability and ability to motivate cross-functional teamsExcellent organizational skills with a high level of accountability and independenceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar tools for scheduling and resource planningUnderstanding of business operations, production environments, and cross-functional coordinationStrong business judgment and decision-making abilityAbility to quickly learn systems, processes, and technical product offeringsStrong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated success in growing and maintaining customer accountsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing roleNEED experience in a manufacturing environment or a fast paced technical sales environment MUST be able to be onsite 5 days a week at their facility.BenefitsThis role offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package.
