Job Title: Delivery SpecialistDepartment: TrafficFLSA Status: Non-exemptReports To: Branch Manager BKSummaryProfessionally and safely pick up and deliver equipment following all DOT requirements.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSafely deliver/pick up equipment to customers as scheduledLoad and unload equipment safelyProperly secure loads without damageEnsure product is delivered clean and maintainedPerform final quality checks on all new, used, and repaired equipment prior to deliveryReview completed repairs with customer and demonstrate proper function, provide customer with delivery packet, have customer acknowledge receipt of equipmentCommunicate customer feedback to appropriate peopleMaintain trucks and trailers: routine maintenance, safety, and cleanlinessDOT RequirementsUnderstand and adhere to all DOT requirementsAccurately maintain DOT log booksMaintain a clean Class A driver's licenseGeneral DutiesClean and organize yardAssist in shop and warehouse as neededQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
