The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting both financial and operational teams.ResponsibilitiesManage and support product backorder processesCollaborate with clinical teams to evaluate and vet productsCommunicate product updates via memos and distribution listsAnalyse large data sets using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, etc.)Utilise PeopleSoft for financial tracking and reportingSupport Portfolio Manager with non-procedural product evaluationsServe as a liaison between finance and clinical teamsReport directly to the team managerRequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience in a similar accounting/finance analyst roleAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS required)Excellent oral and written communication skillsExperience with PeopleSoft (preferred)Background in healthcare (preferred but not required)Must be local to the client's area for occasional on-site meetingsAdditional DetailsInterview Process: Two rounds via Microsoft Teams videoContract Duration: 6 months, with potential to convert to permanentCandidate Submissions: Please ensure candidates are comfortable with the contract rate and the possible permanent salary rangeJoin a team where your financial insights help drive smart healthcare decisions.
