Company Description Immaculate Heart of Mary Counseling Center (IHMCC) is a non-profit mental health organization based in Lincoln, NE. Dedicated to delivering high-quality psychological services, IHMCC places a strong emphasis on addressing both the psychological and spiritual needs of its clients. The organization is home to the nation's only Catholic APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship program, which operates as part of the Nebraska Internship Consortium in Professional Psychology. At IHMCC, the focus is on creating a compassionate and professional environment for both clients and team members. Role Description We are seeking a full-time Executive Director to lead Immaculate Heart of Mary Counseling Center in Lincoln, NE. This is an on-site leadership role responsible for overseeing the management, strategic planning, and day-to-day operations of the organization. Key responsibilities include strategic decision-making, managing and inspiring staff, developing and monitoring budgets, and fostering collaborative relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance the organization's mission. Qualifications Proven leadership and organizational management experience, including strategic planning, team leadership, and operational oversight.Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.Capability to build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, community organizations, and donors.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.Familiarity with the unique needs of a nonprofit or mental health organization, with an understanding of integrating spiritual aspects into care services.Master's degree in a relevant field such as Nonprofit Management, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Business Administration preferred.Commitment to supporting and promoting the mission and values of the organization, including respect for its Catholic foundation.
