The clinic does not see malignant hematology or oncology patients. The average daily census is 70 adult patients. There are no call, float, or weekend requirements. Registered Nurses are required to bring their own stethoscope. The position includes a 24-hour unit orientation. Any call-offs or additional RTO on the unit could result in contract cancellation and DNR (Do Not Re-book).This clinic is a classical hematology (bleeding disorders, hemophilia, anemias, sickle cell, DVTs). We do not see malignant hematology or oncology in this clinic.
