Job Description Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hourJob description:Packaging Lead Position SummaryScheduleMonday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or until work is completedSaturdays as neededPay$19.00 – $20.00 per hourWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and have experience with detailed picking and packing operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, computer experience, and dependable attendance.ResponsibilitiesLead and support packaging team members to ensure daily production goals are metPick and pack detailed customer orders accurately and efficientlyMaintain organization and accuracy throughout the packaging processUse computer systems for order processing, inventory, and trackingEnsure quality standards and shipping requirements are followedAssist with training and motivating team membersMaintain a clean and safe work environmentCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team membersComplete tasks in a timely manner in a fast-paced settingQualificationsMust speak, read, and write EnglishDemonstrated leadership qualitiesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience with picking and packing detailed ordersComfortable working with computers and warehouse systemsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentDependable with excellent attendance and punctualityTeam player with a positive attitudeCompany DescriptionLabor Solutions, LLC is a leader in the professional, temporary, and direct hire industry throughout the Midwest area.
