The Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Gastroenterology provides patient-centered care under physician supervision at a clinical facility in Lubbock, TX.Perform assessments, diagnose, and manage gastrointestinal and liver conditions such as GERD, IBS, IBD, and liver diseases.Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and educate patients on disease management and lifestyle modifications.Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care and maintain accurate documentation.Maintain compliance with clinical standards, legal requirements, and organizational protocols.Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Nursing, a valid Texas Nurse Practitioner license, national certification, and at least one year of NP experience, preferably in gastroenterology or internal medicine.The role requires working two days per week on-site, with potential additional shifts, and involves physical activity in a clinical environment.Candidates must be willing to relocate to Farwell, TX prior to starting.
