Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Area Sales Manager will oversee regional sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage relationships with clients to drive growth. This role involves identifying new opportunities, creating sales forecasts, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring performance goals are met. The position also requires regular collaboration with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives. Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing dealsTeam Leadership and Management skills for coordinating and motivating a sales teamStrategic Planning and Goal Setting abilities to contribute to regional growthStrong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skillsCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) experience and familiarity with using sales softwareProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not requiredWillingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
