Immediate need for a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join a well established group in Palm Springs. Lets DiscussMost details on the table for discussionOutpatientFull time / benefitedseeing all agesA Provider who works under the direction of the Associate Medical Director and senior members; e.g., providing annual physical exams, recommending treatment plan/referral needs and coding as appropriate members diagnoses/conditions; provides oversight/hands on care for Senior Diabetic/Wellness members and as noted in Program Descriptions.Communicate verbally and in writing through proper channels.Maintain confidentiality at all times in compliance with our policy and HIPAA requirements.Utilizes NextGen in all patient documentation endeavors, to include coding of all member chronic conditions.Understands importance of and documents accordingly HCC Coding/conditions/manifestations.Interact and communicate effectively with other providers and general staff members.Deal with urgent issues in conjunction with the Associate Medical Director and/or Vice President of Medical Management/designee.Understands seniors' needs, and will endeavor to accommodate.Actively promotes End-of-Life decision-making.Understand productivity standard expectations.Attends and participates in meetings as requested.MD / DO Medical Doctor Primary Care Provider
