Crypto Compliance QA Program Manager – Remote

Block, Inc. in San Francisco seeks two Program Managers with deep expertise in cryptocurrency and sanctions to oversee AML/CFT and sanctions programs and drive continuous improvement. You will own the end-to-end quality assurance framework for cryptocurrency and sanctions decisions and partner with BSA/CFT program owners to deliver actionable reporting. You will monitor metrics, raise insights, and ensure quality standards keep pace with our evolving product roadmap and regulatory requirements
