The therapist will provide direct therapeutic care to clients, which includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and offering individual, family, or couples therapy. The role also involves maintaining clinical documentation, collaborating with the clinical team, and participating in supervision to meet state licensing requirements. The position focuses on supporting clients through evidence-based and customized therapy.QualificationsExperience with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and emotion-focused approachesStrong skills in client assessments, treatment planning, and providing individual, family, or couples therapyProficiency in maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentationAbility to work collaboratively within a team and actively participate in supervision sessionsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with cultural competencyCompletion of a Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related fieldRegistered as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) in CaliforniaExperience working with diverse populations; multilingual abilities are a plusPassion for providing inclusive and equitable care to all clients
