This is a revenue-focused CS role, where success is defined by your ability to drive expansion, grow accounts, and own commercial outcomes — not just maintain relationships.You’ll partner with a portfolio of strategic customers to unlock value, drive adoption, and identify growth opportunities across a leading data and AI learning platform.What You’ll Be DoingOwn and grow a portfolio of ~30 accounts with a $3.5M+ revenue targetDrive land-and-expand strategies, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesBuild strong stakeholder relationships across enterprise and mid-market customersAct as a commercial partner, not just a support functionLeverage data and insights to guide customer strategy and decision-makingCollaborate across global teams (US, London, Australia)What We’re Looking For3–7 years experience in Customer SuccessStrong commercial track record in revenue ownership and account growthProven success in:Upselling and cross-sellingAccount expansion strategiesManaging enterprise or upscale accountsExperience within AI, EdTech, or modern SaaS environments strongly preferredTech-savvy and data-driven approach to customer engagementBackgrounds in traditional industries (e.g. legacy tech, supply chain) are less alignedWhy JoinBe part of a high-growth data & AI learning platformJoin a commercially driven CS function with real revenue ownershipWork in a modern, product-led SaaS environmentOpportunity to make a direct impact in a scaling global teamPlease apply below or reach out for more details!
