In this position, you will play a key role in executing strategic projects aimed at enhancing the economic and social fabric of downtown Boulder. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for community development. You will work closely with local businesses, city officials, and community organizations to implement initiatives that support economic growth, improve public spaces, and foster a vibrant downtown environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on the community while advancing your career in urban development and community engagement.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of three years of experience in community development, project management, or a related area is required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with local government processes, economic development strategies, and urban planning principles will be advantageous.
