Penn National Gaming - - Responsibilities: Prepare food safely and efficiently in the assigned kitchen areas; Operate grill, deep fryer, roasting, sauté, prep and pantry stations; Estimate and requisition supplies from the receiving areas for service; Set up and break down all food stations in the kitchens; Maintain kitchen clean and in good working order; ensure proper closing of the kitchen after each shift
