It will include varies internship projects of co-leading and management of 5s workshops, and administration and roll out of PDCA Software System Mindcan.Continuous Improvement (CI) Responsibilities5s workshop scheduleKaizen eventsProblem Solving activitiesDaily Management system adminHUB facility upgradesCI reporting – Creating PowerPointCI Daily management boardOperations (OPS) ResponsibilitiesOPS reporting – Create PowerPointShadow operatorsShadow ops leadersAttend 8 am DM meetingSpend time with other leaders i.e.: Supply chain, EHS, QALearn and Implement PDCA software to Flanders LeadershipQualificationsUndergraduate student majoring in Continuous Improvement and Operations Management, or related field.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, concise manner.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasksAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, ExcelAbility to work with others of diverse cultures, interpersonal styles, and abilities in a constructive and collaborative mannerSelf-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for learning
