Marketing Logistics Coordinator

Marketing Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of crude oil movements via pipeline and trucking. This role supports scheduling activities, nominations, and settlement processes while working closely with internal and external marketers, operations, and production groups to provide assistance in forecasting and managing production levels in relation to sales and/or transportation. Work effectively with all customers, operations, measurement, accounting, legal, and land departments to resolve new and routine issues, staying apprised of regulatory issues, tariffs, and other matters affecting contract requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily crude oil movements across pipeline and trucking systems to support sales and production activitiesPrepare, submit, and manage pipeline nominations, including timely adjustments throughout the scheduling cycleCommunicate directly with pipelines, trucking companies, terminals, and counterparties to execute movement plansMonitor and track volumes to ensure timely deliveries and flow assuranceSupport monthly settlement, including volume reconciliation, ticket validation, and invoice reviewIdentify and resolve discrepancies related to volumes, measurement, and scheduling variancesMaintain accurate and organized records of all schedules, movements, and communicationsRespond to operational issues such as outages, delays, or scheduling conflicts in a timely mannerMeet strict deadlines for nominations, scheduling cycles, and month-end closeProvide after-hours and weekend support as needed to ensure continuity of operationsJob RequirementsBachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required. 0-3 years of experience in crude oil scheduling, logistics, or operations (internships applicable)Proficient in MS Office, particularly excel and PowerPoint; experience with Allegro or similar systems is a plusBasic understanding of crude oil transportation (pipeline and trucking) preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate across internal teams and external partnersDemonstrates a sense of ownership and urgency in completing assigned tasks in time-sensitive situationsWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededPosition will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.EOG Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including Veterans and Disabled.
