Picker/PackersSURESTAFF is immediately hiring Picker/Packers for a large, well-known client in Pleasant Prairie, WI. As a Picker/Packer for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:Shipping & Receiving (Picker / Packer)Quality AssuranceInventory Control (RF Scanners)SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($17/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include M-F 7am-3pm. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.Responsibilities of a Picker/Packer:Pick, Pack, and Ship orders for multiple clientsLead e-Commerce team; including organizing inventory and supplies, increase efficiency, motivate team members to meet and exceed goalsAdhere to policies and procedures, while assessing effectiveness and efficiencyPossess a professional style of communicationRequired Qualifications of a Picker/Packer:Previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred.Forklift Certification preferred, not requiredHigh attention to detail and safety/compliance.High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Extensiv (3PL Central) Warehouse Management System preferred not requiredAbility to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods of time in warehouse environmentDemonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.Ability to work overtime as needed.About SurestaffAt Surestaff, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
