The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale technology programs, particularly in Credit Card, Payment, Banking, or Financial institutions. This role requires a hands-on approach to implementing and optimizing continuous integration and delivery pipelines, as well as managing cloud infrastructure and ensuring system reliability.Responsibilities:Lead and manage DevOps initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of development and operations teams. Design, maintain, and optimize continuous integration and delivery pipelines to facilitate smooth software releases. Implement and manage infrastructure using automation tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation .Oversee the management and maintenance of production and non-production environments on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Implement monitoring, and logging systems to ensure 24/7 system reliability and performance. Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for application containerization and scaling.Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks, troubleshoot production issues, and enhance system performance .Implement security best practices and compliance standards across all systems.Lead and mentor junior resources, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.Communicate effectively with technical teams to manage day-to-day challenges and developmental risks.Mandatory Skills: Proficient in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Hands-on experience with Groovy, Python, Bash, Ruby, or PowerShell.Expertise in Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI), and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).Strong understanding of Docker and Kubernetes for application containerization.Experience in implementing automation technologies and tools.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills.Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, 5 days a week in-office.Preferred Skills: Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation tools. Product implementation experience is a plus.Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
