This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, compliance, and controlled evolution of the Oracle FCP 8.1.1 environment through strong engineering practices, disciplined production support, and close partnership with Financial Crimes Risk Management and AML Key Responsibilities Oracle FCP 8.1.1 Platform SupportProvide engineering support for Oracle Financial Crimes Platform v8.1.1, including:Transaction monitoring outputsAlert generation and suppression behaviorEnterprise Case Management (ECM)Downstream regulatory workflows (e.g., CTR?related processing)Support daily and ad?hoc batch cycles, scheduled jobs, and data feeds that drive FCP processingTroubleshoot and resolve production issues related to:Missing or unexpected alertsData quality or ingestion issuesBatch failures or performance degradationPerform detailed root cause analysis and document findings in alignment with audit and regulatory expectationsChange, Risk & Control ManagementSupport configuration changes, fixes, and enhancements within the constraints of FCP 8.1.1 architecture and approved governance processesEnsure all changes follow established change management, validation, and separation?of?duties controlsMaintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures required for audits, exams, and regulatory reviewsPartner with Risk and Compliance teams to assess regulatory impact of platform changes and production incidentsTesting & Release SupportParticipate in regression testing and validation activities for changes impacting Oracle FCP 8.1.1 and integrated platformsSupport environment coordination, test data preparation, and post?release verificationAssist with release planning and production readiness activities, ensuring no unintended regulatory or operational impactCollaboration & DeliveryWork closely with AML Operations, Financial Crimes Risk Management, and enterprise technology teams to translate business and regulatory needs into technical outcomesContribute to Agile or Kanban?based delivery models, including backlog refinement and technical design discussionsAct as a technical escalation point for complex platform issues detected by operations or monitoring toolsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience supporting or engineering enterprise applications in regulated environmentsStrong experience with:Oracle databases and SQLBatch processing and scheduled job executionProduction support and incident managementDemonstrated experience working on systems subject to regulatory oversight, audits, and examsStrong analytical, documentation, and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsDirect experience with Oracle Financial Crimes Platform (FCP / FCCM) version 8.x, preferably v8.1.1Familiarity with AML concepts such as transaction monitoring, alert review, and case workflowsExperience supporting platforms integrated with multiple upstream and downstream data sourcesExperience operating in T2/T3 or CI?Owner?style accountability modelsExposure to financial services regulatory frameworks (BSA/AML, OFAC, CTR/SAR processes)Strong experience with:UNIX - experience with script writingOracle – SQL, Stored ProceduresMainframe experience includingTWS job schedulingJCLLCM (for module migration)WebSphere V9.XJava V1.8Dynatrace – Monitoring and DebuggingBatch processing and scheduled job executionProduction support and incident management
