Join our expanding team today and explore the opportunities available.Key Responsibilities:Patient Assessment: Perform thorough evaluations of patients with joint-related concerns, which includes reviewing medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests such as X-rays, MRIs, or CT scans.Treatment Planning: Create personalized treatment plans tailored to patient needs, preferences, and medical conditions. Discuss various treatment options with patients, encompassing both surgical and non-surgical methods, while educating them on the associated risks and benefits.Surgical Procedures: Execute total joint replacement surgeries utilizing advanced surgical techniques and technologies, covering pre-operative planning, intraoperative procedures, and post-operative care management.Collaborative Care: Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including nurses, physical therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care throughout the treatment process.Patient Education: Inform patients and their families about the surgical process, rehabilitation protocols, expected outcomes, and potential complications related to total joint replacement surgery.
