We're hiring Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy in the Midland, MI area.This is more than a job — it's a chance to change lives while growing your career in a supportive, family-focused environment.What You'll DoAs a Behavior Technician, you'll work 1:1 with children in their home under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will:Deliver personalized behavior intervention servicesSupport children in learning daily living, communication, and social skillsCollect and document behavior data accuratelyCollaborate with your clinical team and attend regular team meetingsHelp implement and refine treatment plans tailored to each child's needsWhat We're Looking ForEducation: High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience: 1+ year of ABA experience preferred, or experience working with children (especially those with special needs)Passion: A strong desire to work with children and make a positive impactTraining: Completion of a 40-hour RBT course (required!)Certification: Must pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire (we provide support)Other Requirements:Reliable transportationBackground checkTo protect our clients and their families, this position requires a background check.
