Territory Sales Representative (Medical Device)We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to support growth within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is focused on driving customer acquisition, building relationships, and increasing revenue through consistent outreach and consultative selling.Key Responsibilities:Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to generate new business opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including clinical staffIdentify, qualify, and develop prospective clients through the sales pipelinePresent solutions and close sales in a consultative mannerConsistently meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and activity metricsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceQualifications:Bachelor’s degree required2–5 years of B2B sales experienceProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales metrics and KPIsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with healthcare professionals (nurses, physicians, etc.) is a plusWhat We’re Looking For:Driven, competitive, and goal-oriented mindsetAbility to manage a high volume of activity while maintaining quality interactionsStrong interest in healthcare and improving patient outcomes
