Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Hopkinton, NH to bring on a Quality Inspector!Position: Quality InspectorPay: $20 - $28 depending on experience!Shift Schedule: 1st ShiftJob Overview:We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector with CNC manufacturing experience to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for inspecting machined components, ensuring all parts meet internal and customer quality specifications using a variety of precision measuring tools and inspection techniques.Key Responsibilities:Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections of machined componentsUse precision inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, optical comparators, and CMMsInterpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications, including GD&TDocument inspection results and maintain accurate records of measurements and quality reportsIdentify non-conforming parts, report issues, and assist in root cause investigationsWork closely with machine operators and engineers to ensure product conformance and process improvementsSupport calibration of inspection equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with safety and quality standardsRequirements:2+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector in a CNC machining or manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of GD&T and blueprint readingProficient in using a wide range of precision measurement toolsFamiliar with CMM operation and/or programming (preferred but not required)Ability to read and interpret technical specificationsComfortable working independently and within a teamExcellent attention to detail and documentation skillsPreferred Experience:Previous experience inspecting tight-tolerance parts in aerospace, medical, or defense industriesFamiliarity with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality standardsExperience supporting continuous improvement or lean manufacturing initiativesAbility to communicate effectively with production, engineering, and quality teamsIf you are interested in this position, please apply with an updated resume!Pay Details: $20.00 to $28.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
