Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lewisville, TX. The Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and implementing retail best practices. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring proper implementation of retail loss prevention strategies, and fostering a positive shopping experience for customers. The Store Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales goals, monitoring store performance, and guiding the team to achieve success in alignment with Goodwill’s mission. Qualifications Strong expertise in Store Management and experience leading retail operationsProficiency in Customer Service and a commitment to ensuring high levels of Customer SatisfactionExcellent Communication skills, including team motivation and conflict resolutionKnowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and strategiesAbility to analyze sales trends and performance metrics, meeting or exceeding set goalsExperience in hiring, training, and supervising retail teamsHigh school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, retail management, or a related field is a plusPrevious experience in retail or store management, preferably in a mission-oriented environmentProficiency with retail software and basic financial reporting toolsAbility to lift and move items in a retail setting as needed
