Inventory Technician II Job Locations US-PA-King of Prussia Requisition ID 2026-20782 # of Openings 1 Category (Portal Searching) Operations Position Type (Portal Searching) Regular Full-TimeOverviewThe Inventory Technician II processes requests, pulling, and delivering of stock items to ordering departments. Also responsible for receiving and delivering special orders item(s) to the appropriate departments.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities depend on assigned level (I, II) and hospital needsWorks with the Receiving & other Shift Supervisors/Managers, Inventory Control Analysts and Customer Service Specialists with requests for priority services and to report issuesMust be detail, action, and results orientedMust demonstrate mature judgment in managing responsibilities Requires specialized expertise in the CHOP processes, methods, and skills related to inventory managementOther duties as assignedPick items from storeroom to stock totes carts for PAR locationsPick items from storeroom to stock carts for bedside mother carts Put away products received for the storeroom inventoryCycle count carousel items Retrieve, restock, and deliver durable medical equipment (DME) and wheelchairs Retrieve and deliver portable gas tanks, pumps and emergent supplies (SOS & STAT's) Contact Customer Service and managers to report issuesMaintain assigned areas in a clean and organized mannerProvide training to new Inventory Technicians, as assignedAssist supervisors and managers with work, as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent experience requiredOne year in hospital materials distribution, inventory management or logistics preferredWorking knowledge of Lawson (or similar supply chain management systems) required Must be a "critical thinker" with an ability to quickly adapt to a changing environmentExcellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communications skills are required for success in this functionDemonstrated good ability to prioritize work, strong organizational skills and initiative to improve processesConsistently display a friendly, positive, and professional demeanorPHYSCAL DEMANDSAbility to lift 40 lbs.Repetitive motionReaching, pushing, pulling carts weighing up to 250lbs.Walking, standing for extended periods of timeWhat We Offer:Competitive pay & benefits!Comprehensive training and development programs that prepare employees to advance from within.A company focused on creating a positive work and client environment.Employee discounts on entertainment, products, and services nationwide!Come Join Our Team!Connect With Us!
