OverviewContribute to the development and optimization of hardware platforms for high-performance systems in a dynamic financial technology environment.Leverage cutting-edge technologies to support ultra-low latency trading operations and infrastructure development.Collaborate with a skilled team to design, deploy, and maintain custom FPGA solutions and production systems.Engage in research and evaluation of hardware providers to ensure optimal system capabilities.Develop software applications for monitoring and controlling hardware platforms effectively.Participate in a meritocratic environment with opportunities for growth and skill enhancement.Work onsite in a collaborative setting to address technical challenges and innovate solutions.Ideal for candidates with academic backgrounds in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.Key Responsibilities & DutiesDeploy and maintain hardware platforms ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Develop and maintain software applications for hardware control and monitoring.Test and troubleshoot hardware equipment to identify and resolve issues effectively.Define and implement deployment plans for hardware platforms and associated systems.Research and evaluate hardware providers, features, and capabilities to enhance system performance.Collaborate with team members to innovate and improve hardware solutions.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in hardware development.Provide technical support and expertise to optimize production systems.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.1-5 years of relevant experience in hardware platform engineering or related roles.Extensive experience with Python programming and software development.Basic understanding of network protocols and modern computer systems.Strong problem-solving and communication skills to address technical challenges.Familiarity with FPGA solutions and infrastructure development is preferred.Experience with real-time exchange market data and order entry systems is a plus.Ability to work onsite in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
