Job Title: Warehouse Services Support Specialist Position Overview: The Warehouse Services Support Specialist is an essential part of our warehouse operations, focusing on the logistics of product returns, refunds, and consignment returns. This role collaborates closely with warehouse staff and various departments, thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced setting that operates seven days a week. Specialists handle customer and consignment team requests, update accounts accurately, and manage general warehouse duties—all within the dynamic conditions of a warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Product Handling: Unpack, inspect, and categorize returned merchandise based on quality and condition. Data Entry: Log merchandise data into computer systems accurately using barcode scanners. Organization: Sort and organize incoming packages to facilitate a smooth workflow. Refund Processing: Process refunds for returned items quickly and accurately. Consignment Returns: Coordinate the preparation and shipment of consignment returns, following all procedural guidelines. Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment at all times. Quality Adherence: Comply with company standards to meet team and organizational quality objectives. Team Collaboration: Support the Operations and Customer Experience teams, aiding in overall departmental success. Additional Tasks: Fulfill other duties as needed to achieve team goals. Physical Conditions and Work Environment: Physical Demands: This role requires standing for extended periods, frequent walking, bending, lifting, and moving of goods weighing up to 50 lbs. Warehouse Conditions: Work is performed in a typical warehouse setting which includes exposure to varying temperatures, loud noise, and dust. Flexibility: Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Required Skills & Experience: Warehouse Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse environment is preferred. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with team members across various departments. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail in all aspects of work. Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality or focus. Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Instruction Compliance: Ability to follow precise instructions both written and verbal.
