This position is fully on-site, with competitive pay, benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K), and additional incentives.About the RoleOn-siteFMLA ExemptJob SummaryThe Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to leadership and employees by providing guidance, coaching, and support across a broad range of HR functions. This role will support both onsite and remote teams across multiple locations, partnering closely with leadership to drive employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor with strong employee relations experience, sound judgment, and extensive knowledge of California employment law and HR best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with managers and leadership teams to provide HR guidance and support on employee relations matters, performance management, coaching, and organizational effectivenessConduct and support complex employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate resolutionsAdvise leadership regarding performance deficiencies, policy violations, corrective actions, and workplace concernsInterpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and employment regulationsSupport workforce planning, retention initiatives, employee engagement, succession planning, and organizational developmentCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable HR programs and initiativesAnalyze trends and metrics to support business decisions and identify process improvementsMaintain strong partnerships with employees, leadership, and internal stakeholdersParticipate in HR-related projects, initiatives, and special assignmentsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field requiredMinimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience requiredMinimum of 5 years of employee relations experience requiredStrong knowledge of California employment laws and regulations including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, and workers’ compensationExperience conducting and managing complex employee relations investigations requiredStrong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skillsExperience with ATS, HRIS, or case management systems required; Oracle experience strongly preferredPreferred QualificationsHealthcare industry experienceMaster’s degreeSPHR or SHRM-CP certificationExperience supporting large or complex organizationsScheduleMonday – FridayStandard business hours
