Regional Property Manager - Multifamily Ohio / Mississippi Our client is a growing multifamily real estate company looking for a seasoned Regional Property Manager to oversee properties across Ohio and Mississippi. This is a high-impact role for someone who knows B and C class assets inside and out and is comfortable owning their region from the ground up. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of B and C class multifamily properties in Ohio and Mississippi Drive NOI growth through effective leasing, expense management, and operational efficiency Lead, mentor, and hold accountable on-site property management teams Conduct regular property visits and ensure assets are performing to standard Report directly to senior leadership on portfolio performance, KPIs, and action plans Identify and escalate capital needs, maintenance issues, and staffing concerns Maintain compliance with local housing regulations and company policies Qualifications: Proven experience managing B and C class multifamily assets Regional or multi-site property management experience Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Ohio and Mississippi Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen Hands-on, solutions-oriented approach Nice to Have: Yardi, RealPage, or similar PMS experience Experience managing value-add or workforce housing portfolios Established vendor and contractor relationships in the Midwest/Southeast Why Join: High-autonomy role with real ownership over your region Growing company with an expanding portfolio - room to move up Competitive comp with meaningful upside for strong performers Work with a leadership team that values operators who know the business Compensation: $125,000-$175,000 | Up to $200,000 for the right candidate
