The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to our sales department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. \*\*Responsibilities:\*\* - Assist the sales team in all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, sales administration, and order processing. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client relationships. - Support business development efforts by conducting market research and identifying potential opportunities. - Assist in managing accounts and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce or similar CRM software. - Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers. \*\*Experience:\*\* - Proven experience in a sales support role or similar position. - Familiarity with sales processes, negotiation techniques, and business development strategies. - Knowledge of outside sales practices and account management principles. - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for tracking sales activities. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Understanding of technology sales and the ability to market products effectively.
