Our Total Rewards program – which includes competitive pay, benefits, continuous learning, recognition, career growth and life balance components – is designed to support the varying needs of our diverse and global employees.Essential Functions Include But Are Not Limited ToSupport product and process reliability activities through data analysis, trend evaluation, and root cause investigationsLead or support reliability investigations, including failure analysis, risk assessments, and corrective/preventive actionsAnalyze reliability‑related data from manufacturing, complaints, maintenance, and quality systems to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesApply quality and reliability engineering tools such as FMEA, root cause analysis, risk assessment, and statistical analysisDocument reliability analyses, conclusions, and recommendations in technical reports and quality recordsEnsure Master Data accuracy and integrity for reliability‑related technical objects and maintenance records within SAPOversee the creation, modification, and maintenance of SAP technical objects, ensuring alignment with quality and maintenance requirementsReview all preventive maintenance (PM) data reports for accuracy, completeness, and complianceGenerate, review, and distribute scheduled Preventive Maintenance compliance reports to Quality and Operations leadershipManage status changes for PM tasks when equipment is taken out of service or returned to service, ensuring proper documentation and traceabilitySupport compliance of preventive maintenance processes with embecta quality systems and regulatory expectationsPartner with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtimeSupport audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries related to equipment reliability, maintenance compliance, and data integrityEnsure reliability and maintenance‑related activities comply with embecta quality policies, procedures, and applicable regulationsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on process robustness, data accuracy, and risk reductionembecta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
