Senior Data Integration Programmer
Common and Baseline Responsibilities: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems, including accounting software, budgeting tools, and reporting systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable data solutions Ensure the integrity of financial data through regular audits and controls. Identify opportunities for system improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and performance indicators. Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts. Support project managers in tracking project budgets and financial performance.Design, develop, and implement ETL workflows using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to meet business and data processing needsIntegrate and process data from diverse sources, including databases, APIs, CSV, Excel, TXT, XML, and JSON filesDevelop, optimize, and maintain T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions to support ETL processes and Power BI datasetsBuild custom ETL components and scripts using C# and Python for advanced data processingDesign and maintain data models, database schemas, tables, views, and indexesImplement data validation and cleansing processes to ensure high data quality Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data integration workflows and SQL Agent jobsProficiencies:Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practicesDemonstrated ability to lead software development projects and work collaboratively in cross-functional teamsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of professional services industry workflows (project accounting, billing, time & expense, budgeting, CRM)Software:MS SQL Server, MS SQL Integration Services, ExcelProven experience developing and integrating APIs using C# (or) Python and Postman Strong experience working with and parsing XML and JSON data formatsExperience working with Deltek APIs and integration frameworksExperience with Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantagepoint preferred Minimum of 2 years' experience with Power BI or other BI/reporting toolsLicensure/Certifications/Education A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field requiredSalary Range InformationWe foster a culture that is diverse and inclusive and strive for pay practices that are fair, and competitive and reflect our commitment to pay equity.
