We are currently seeking an Assistant Retail Operations Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development.What You'll Be DoingHelp supervise store staff and support employee training activitiesWork alternating shifts with the Store Manager to support daily operationsComplete additional responsibilities as assigned by store leadershipPerform store opening and closing proceduresPrepare and manage daily bank deposits, including bank drop-offsObtain change for store operations when neededReceive, organize, and process incoming merchandise shipmentsMaintain a clean, organized, and professional store environmentProcess customer purchases accurately in accordance with company proceduresWelcome customers, answer incoming calls, and provide assistance as neededSupport customers in locating products and making purchasing decisionsWhat You'll NeedHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 2 years of retail experience preferredPrevious assistant management or leadership experience is a plusStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to lift up to 25 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periodsValid driver's license required; bilingual skills are an advantageWhat It's Like Working HereWork World employees are unique individuals whose varied talents and experiences bring value to our customers.
