In this role, you’ll mentor talented professionals, streamline financial processes, and make a real impact on how we grow and operate.What You’ll DoLead with purpose: Guide and support a team of Staff Accountants and AP/AR Specialists—helping them grow, collaborate, and deliver their best work.Keep the numbers sharp: Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals, ensuring accuracy and integrity in every detail.Own the close: Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes so reporting is always on time, clear, and insightful.Turn data into action: Review financial results to spot trends, explain variances, and uncover opportunities for smarter, more efficient operations.Partner across the business: Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and HR to drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.Stay compliant and confident: Maintain strong internal controls, support SOX compliance, and coordinate with internal and external auditors.Innovate and improve: Identify ways to simplify processes, strengthen workflows, and implement new tools that make the team’s work easier and more impactful.Keep learning: Stay current on accounting standards and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and insight to the table.Why You’ll Love Working HereThis isn’t just about managing numbers—it’s about leading people, driving improvement, and helping shape a smarter, more connected finance organization.
