This position ensures the execution of Talent Acquisition strategy and process that meets customer business needs. This position is responsible for leading a team of Talent Acquisition Partners in the recruitment of non-exempt and exempt employees in a designated business area. Incumbent assists the Talent Acquisition Manager with all recruiting-related functions, projects, and execution of talent acquisition strategy that aligns with Jefferson’s staffing and talent needs of their designated region/specialty.Job DescriptionInteracts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.Serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting strategy and tactics and provide consulting and coaching to the talent acquisition partners to fulfill hiring goals and timely, quality recruitment and customer service; provides creative, appropriate recruitment initiatives to fill open positions; stays current in external developments of external resources available to benefit Jefferson's recruitment efforts; partners with HR departments.Develops, recommends and implements recruitment and workforce planning strategies; develops recruitment metrics with the Director that drive optimal staffing performance; collaborates with the recruitment team and other departments to continually assess the effectiveness of recruiting tools and processes; fills positions within established time-to-fill metric.Develops SOPs to help make the hiring processes more efficient/compliant; ensures standardization of talent acquisition processes, procedures, tools and workflows and assesses for performance improvement.Research and review methods in effort to make cost-effective recommendations for use of department's budget; creates, manages and maintains recruitment reports; partners with HR business partners and various HR department resources regarding departmental level vacancy management and day-to-day client operations.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with operations and hiring managers in your designated business area to understand their hiring needs as well as coaching them on effective behavioral interview techniques, workforce planning practices and compensation requirements.Bachelor's degree requiredWork ShiftWorkday Day (United States of America)Worker Sub TypeRegularEmployee EntityJefferson Health NortheastPrimary Location Address1101 Market, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States of AmericaNationally ranked, Jefferson, which is principally located in the greater Philadelphia region, Lehigh Valley and Northeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey, is reimagining health care and higher education to create unparalleled value.
