All resumes must be two pages in length.\nMust have a hard copy of resume.\nJob Description\nThe incumbent works in the Procurement branch of the Business Office, which overseas planning, specification writing, programming, estimating, quality assurance & material specification.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\nTechnical Guidance, Acts as an independent contributor providing technical engineering guidance and assistance on production, construction and maintenance projects. Performs prices analysis of proposed work and participates in contract negotiations and the inspection of ongoing and completed contract actions.\nProject Management, Reviews and assist production shop, engineering, facility & support personnel for planning and acquisition strategy or projects.\n\nQualifications Required for the Position\n\nComprehensive and practical knowledge of technical engineering concepts, principles and practices necessary to perform the full range of projects concerned with molding and machining services and affiliated contracts.\nThorough understanding of team dynamics and the ability to communicate with stakeholders from multiple backgrounds and at multiple levels\nComprehensive knowledge of project management techniques such as cost estimating, schedule development risk and opportunity assessment, metrics development and performance tracking and strategic planning.\n\nSecurity Clearance / Background Check required.
