Data and Analytics Manager

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Data and Analytics Manager to join their team! This position is located in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.   Duties:Structure, manage, and extract data from various business applications and systemsApply statistical methods and data modeling techniques to generate actionable insights and support business decision-makingAnalyze historical company data to produce accurate reports and identify performance trendsMaintain and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all business data and informationDevelop data-driven strategies aimed at improving operational efficiency and increasing revenueReview and optimize existing strategies, procedures, and systems to enhance overall business performanceEvaluate and monitor data processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policiesDesired Skills/Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related fieldProficiency in SQL, Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and GitLabAbility to structure, manage, and extract data from various applications and databasesSkilled in applying statistical and modeling techniques to deliver actionable insights and answer business questionsExperience producing accurate reports and analyses based on historical company dataStrong attention to detail in maintaining up-to-date and reliable data and informationProven ability to develop data-driven strategies to increase revenue and optimize performanceExperience reviewing strategies, procedures, and systems to enhance corporate and operational efficiencyKnowledge of regulatory compliance and ability to ensure data practices adhere to laws and company policiesBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $32.00 and $46.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
