Our mission is to empower people to take control of their energy, confidence, and overall well-being through a science-backed and deeply personalized approach.Role DescriptionThis is a contract remote role for a Sales Recruiter for high ticket coaching (1 on 1 fitness and nutrition coaching) The Sales Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring sales professionals. The role will also involve maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The individual will collaborate with teams to meet hiring targets and align recruiting strategies with organizational goals.QualificationsProficiency in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle RecruitingExperience in Hiring and Account ManagementStrong Communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to build relationships with stakeholders and provide exceptional candidate experiencesAdaptability to remote work and independently managing multiple tasksPrior experience in contract recruiting roles is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
