Deployment Coordinator (Remote – Global)Villa Vie Residences is redefining residential cruising with a continuous global voyage experience. We are expanding our operations team and are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Deployment Coordinator to support global itinerary execution and port booking coordination.Role OverviewThis role supports the execution of itineraries through port booking coordination, tracking, and follow-ups with global agents and port authorities.You will work under the direction of the Director of Port Operations & Environmental Compliance and the Itinerary Planning Manager to ensure all bookings, timelines, and confirmations are handled accurately and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesSend and track port booking requests globallyMaintain berth calendars and confirmation logsFollow up with port agents and authorities across time zonesTrack deposits, deadlines, and required documentationUpdate itinerary trackers and planning databasesCoordinate schedule updates across internal teamsMaintain accurate records of port costs and confirmationsEscalate delays, risks, or non-responses proactivelyVerify basic port feasibility details before escalationPrepare booking summaries and internal status reportsWhat You’ll Be Responsible ForManaging multiple port bookings and deadlines simultaneouslyEnsuring accurate and up-to-date planning dataMaintaining strong communication with global stakeholdersSupporting smooth execution of itinerary plansRequirements2–3+ years experience in:Cruise operationsShipping / maritime administrationLogistics coordinationTravel operations (with operational exposure)Strong organizational and administrative skillsExcellent follow-up discipline and attention to detailStrong Excel / spreadsheet skillsClear written English communicationAbility to manage multiple deadlines across time zonesComfortable working independently in a remote environmentPreferred BackgroundCruise line or port operations experiencePort agency coordinationMaritime or shipping administrationExposure to cruise or passenger vessel operations\Important NoteThis is an operations-focused role, not purely administrative.
