Front-End Developer Intern — SneakCodeAbout the roleSneakCode is a security interview-prep platform — think of it as a rehearsal space for real security engineering interviews: threat modeling, secure coding, vulnerability review, detection engineering, and live verbal rounds, with AI-generated feedback on every attempt.We're looking for a front-end intern to help build and polish the product surface: marketing pages, the practice/exercise UI, and the Monaco-based code editor experience. You'll ship real, user-facing features — not busywork.What you'll work on- Building and refining UI in Next.js (App Router) with React 19 and TypeScript- Motion/interaction work with Framer Motion, and light WebGL work with React Three Fiber- Editor-adjacent UI around Monaco (syntax highlighting, state, keyboard interactions)- Maintaining visual consistency against an established design system (dark/purple theme, token-based styling in Tailwind v4)- Responsive, accessible component work — keyboard nav, focus states, screen-reader basics- Writing tests for user-facing flows (Vitest, Playwright)What we're looking for- Comfortable with React and TypeScript; coursework or personal projects count- Some exposure to Next.js, Tailwind, or a component-driven codebase- Care about visual/interaction polish — not just "does it work" but "does it feel right"- Curious about security — you don't need a security background, just interest- Able to take a scoped ticket, ask good questions, and ship itNice to have- Experience with Framer Motion or animation libraries- Any exposure to Three.js/WebGL or canvas-based UI- Familiarity with Monaco, CodeMirror, or other code-editor componentsLogistics:Remote-friendly, part-time or full-time internshipDirect collaboration on a live, shipping codebase — your work goes to productionCompensation:This internship will be un-paid, but interns will get equity.
