We are looking for a skilled Beverage Service Technician to provide top-tier repair, maintenance, and installation services for coffee, powdered cappuccino, and slushie machines. If you have a passion for exceptional customer service and a solid technical background, we want you on our team!ResponsibilitiesDeliver Strong Equipment Service: Diagnose, repair, and Install Beverage Equipment like - coffee, cappuccino, and slushie machines; complete service reports and logs promptly.Lead Customer Satisfaction Efforts: Resolve customer issues swiftly, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and train customers on equipment use and maintenance.Manage Equipment Inventory: Maintain and organize tools, parts, and equipment on the service vehicle; order parts as needed.Lead Company-Wide Training Operations: Collaborate with the Field Service Manager to onboard and train new service technicians.Teach customers how to operate their equipmentMaintain accurate and detailed recordsWork Schedule:Days: Monday - FridayHours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PMQualifications5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience, preferably in beverage equipment, service, HVAC, or Refrigeration industries.Proficiency with hand and power tools; strong troubleshooting and repair skills.Excellent communication, strong work ethic, high accountability, and dedication to customer service and prompt repairs. xaygatp Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; ability to drive a service van and lift up to 50 pounds.Excellent customer service skills
